Welcome to D&D Family Solutions! By using our credit repair services, you agree to follow these simple rules. We’ve written this in plain language to make it easy to understand.

1. What We Do - D&D Family Solutions helps people improve their credit. You can hire us or purchase our DIY (Do-It-Yourself) kits. We use tools like Dispute Fox and share tips on social media platforms like Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to help you reach your goals.

2. Your Responsibilities - Provide Accurate Information: To help fix your credit, we need correct details from you. Don’t give false information. Follow Instructions: We may ask you to sign forms or send documents. Be sure to do it on time. Cancel Credit Monitoring: If you sign up for credit monitoring services, it’s your job to cancel when you no longer need it. We can’t do this for you.

3. Payments for Credit Repair Services - You may pay in full or participate in a no credit check payment plan. 

4a. Refunds and Cancellations for Credit Repair Services - Refund Window: Our credit repair services at D&D Family Solutions are designed to help you achieve your financial goals. If you don't see results from the first round of our credit repair service, we offer a second round for free. This ensures that you receive the assistance you need to improve your credit score and financial well-being.

Please remember an account can be modified, updated, or deleted per FCRA standards. WE DO NOT GUARENTEE RESULTS NOR DO WE CONTROL THE BUREAUS. RESULTS MAY VARY FROM PERSON TO PERSON. IF NOTHING IS REMOVED YOU WILL BE GIVEN A PARTIAL REFUND DEPENDING ON THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

Exceptions: Sometimes we may offer refunds for unique situations, but this isn’t guaranteed.

4b. Refunds and Cancellations for Do-It-Yourself (DIY) eBook - At D&D Family Solutions, we sell digital eBooks to help you reach your financial goals. Your eBook will be sent instantly to your email after purchase. All ebooks are digital; no physical books will be shipped. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are not offered. All ebook purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for ebooks once they have been purchased. 

5. Using Our Website and Social Media - Be Respectful: Don’t post anything rude or harmful on our website or social media pages. We want this to be a friendly space for everyone. Follow the Rules: Don’t try to hack or damage our website.

6. Privacy - We collect some personal information to provide our services, like your name and payment details. We keep your info safe and won’t sell it. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. No Guarantees - Credit repair takes time, and results vary. We can’t promise your credit score will improve by a certain amount.

8. Dispute Resolution - If you have an issue, contact us first. We’ll do our best to solve it.

9. Changes to Terms - We can update these terms at any time. If we make big changes, we’ll let you know.
